AnHui Phoenix Plate Technology Co,Ltd which is invested jointly by Hong Kong Yi Fan international investment (Holdings) Limited and the Anhui Red Cherry Group is a integrated company of scientific researching, production and management, covering about 56,000 square meters. The first phase investment RMB 17 million brought in a Italy Reel production line which produces negative and positive PS plates and photosensitive type CTP plates. Phase II investment is a integrated production line. Annual production scale is 3 million square meters, with a goal to forming high-quality PS plate and CTP plate production line in China.

The Reel PS plate production line that purchased from Italy stands 90 meters. It can produces negative and positive two types PS plates. The equipment uses a combination of mechanical and electrochemical processing technologies for surface roughness within a tension autopilot system. So it can gain a good grains distribution as same as Fuji PS plate. Reverse distribution and hot-oil heat drying technologies can fully meet the market requirements for all types of existing printers specifications.

PhoenEagle Positive Presensitized Offset Printing Plates are manufactured by an Italian plate production line with European and Japanese raw materials.
PhoenEagle Positive Presensitized Offset Printing Plates has good grain, water retention, high color contrast, fine grain surface and good dot reproduction.
Regular sizes and special sizes of 0.15mm, 0.25mm, and 0.3mm thickness are available; PhoenEagle Positive Presensitized Offset Printing Plates can be divided into two types:VPS(faster exposure type)&FPS(slower type).
